This blog post is dedicated to all the people that I hear saying "there isn't a good local music scene in Vancouver". With that being said I have often been one of those people.
However I feel this to be untrue and would like to introduce you to a band that I happen to feel is contributing alot to the city.
The name of the group is
BLANK CINEMA
They are what you would imagine David Byrne might sound like if he was signed to DFA records.
I strongly suggest checking these guys out for yourself, and you can do so HERE and their soundcloud with more goodies HERE
Also stay tuned as I'm currently working on a remix for "money in the bank"
