DJ MARVEL BLOCK PARTY SET 2009

This year I was honoured to be invited to DJ at Vancouver's #1 way to say goodbye to summer - The Live Stock Block Party! It was a humbling experience sharing the stage w/ Age, Flipout, M!G!H!, Hedspin, Rico Uno, and DJ Fashen! They had a 57 hooked up so I took advantage and pressed record. Some parts are a little sloppy as it was done in one take. The music is on point though as the mix features tracks from - Prince Zimboo, Busy Signal, Capelton, Clipse, Lupe Fiasco, Kanye West, Ghostface, Jaylib & many more.. Enjoy

LIVE BLOCK PARTY + JUST AS LIVE AFTERPARTY

SUNDAY, SEPT.14 OUTSIDE OF LIVESTOCK (239 Abbott St in Gastown) 1PM-7PM SHARP

Livestock is doing even bigger for the 3rd and possibly final installment of the Live Block party. Gonna be sick as TFK's own Rico Uno tears it down for the second year in a row.  Kutcorners will also flexing is musicality as he plays bass with Keys & Krates!  The event is also featuring the eS Footwear & Color Magazine mini ramp contest and the GMAN & Rizk dance contest (welcome all b-boys, b-girls, freestyle etc..). Catered by Guu, beer by Coors Light. Limited product releases and more. Just a good ol fashioned Live Block party. Positive vibes, positive people. Peep last years event here. 

After all the outdoor madness the party moves inside Pop Opera for the official Live Block after party featuring the EH! Team DJ's and myself DJ Marvel.  Holla at us for guest list this party will be bananas!
